@Ray: The amount of time definitely varies day-to-day depending on my workload. I absolutely have several interactions per day though, even if I can’t get to it until the end of the day. By then I have lots of messages left on my profile page and just try to answer them, or comment on a few blogs quickly. I had lots of meetings yesterday, for instance so I spent several 30 minute chunks talking with members. I also have email exchanges as well, so it is quite substantial some days. let me know if i can help you carve out some time or in any other way.
