The reason I do all of the interviews myself is because I want them to be uniform and I know they&#039;re accurate...and they are viewed that way because the interview is with &quot;the manager.&quot; Didn&#039;t really plan it that way but that&#039;s how it has evolved and it&#039;s what people seem to like. But if you can pull it off, I think that&#039;s a grand idea.</description>
