You can’t always bend over backwards because the results could be detrimental. Mr. Woc, I like your attitude about coming and going. You’re right. There is turnaround and that is a good thing. I would just like to echo what Bryan said, no one person is bigger than any community (belive me some people think so lol) !

You can only do your best to keep influential members, in my experiance people come and go from communitys all the time, of course it depends a lot on if people have a problem with the way you run your community, which is a whole different problem !
