		<description><![CDATA[Angela-- totally agree.  I think there are too  many people out there paralyzed with fear about social media.  It&#039;s as if it&#039;s a magical power that only a few know how to use.  I typically tell people for their own personal use, to just jump into it and start using different social applications that make sense for them.  No need to spend thousands of dollars on getting certified or spend weeks reading books.  When it comes to businesses, however, I think the approach need to be a bit more strategic, but even there, some level of &#039;just getting going&#039; is beneficial.]]></description>
